Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring quality customer service and maintaining the highest hospitality standards. You will also oversee daily operations and be responsible for managing budgets and designing and updating menus and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and facilitate a high standard guest experience.
- Reviewing food and beverage menus to confirm profitability and seasonality.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service.
- Manage budgets and related administrative tasks.
- Oversee inventory and the condition of good, utensils and cooking supplies.
- Handle guest queries and resolve any complaints professionally.
- Manage and negotiate vendor contracts.
Requirements
- 3+ years previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary
€ 40,000 + productivity bonus
