Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 18:00–22:00 and emergency cover from 09:00 to 18:00 (annual leave, illness e.g.)
Weekend availability may be required in the future.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Previous office, secretarial, or medical reception experience is preferred;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Professional telephone manner and strong telephone etiquette;
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Monitoring and managing medical supplies and consumables;
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception and visitor area;
- Valid driving licence required;
- English language proficiency is required.
