Chef / Baker – Full Time (40 Hours)
We're looking for a full-time Chef / Baker to join our small team at Sunset Orange in Tramore.
Our current chef is moving to London, so we're looking for someone to take over a well-established role and help continue building what we've created.
At Sunset Orange, we keep things simple: great coffee, fresh sandwiches, homemade cakes, and good ingredients. Everything is made with care, and we're looking for someone who shares that approach.
The role involves:
- Preparing sandwiches and daily food offerings
- Baking cakes, treats, and other in-house products
- Managing day-to-day kitchen organisation and prep
- Maintaining high food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Working closely with a small, hands-on team
The role:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- 5 days per week
- Daytime hours and evening hours.
- Based in Tramore, Co. Waterford
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a professional kitchen
- Has baking experience and enjoys making things from scratch
- Is organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- Works well as part of a small team
- Takes pride in producing simple, high-quality food
Experience is very important and attitude is everything. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing independent business and take ownership of their role.
