Job Description
The Healthcare Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the healthcare team, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of staff. This position ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, maintains standards of service, and provides guidance and leadership to team members. The Healthcare Supervisor is pivotal in fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.
To provide and maintain a high standard of cleaning service within contracted buildings, working within the cost limits and resources agreed between the Client and ISS
Job Dimensions
- Ensure a high standard of cleaning

- Care and checking of cleaning equipment

- Conduct basic induction training for new staff
- Instruct staff in safe working practices (manual handling/safe use of chemicals etc)

- Support the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of our HSEQ Management Systems at site level.
- Manage non-conformances and complaints and record centrally.
- Focus on customer needs and expectations.
- Cascade relevant HSEQ information to your direct reports and front-line employees
Other features of the job
It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns of work. You will be required to be Garda Vetted and have a clear record. You will be required to be vaccinated against various illnesses.
