Rudd’s Fine Food in Birr, Co Offaly a meat manufacturer are looking for a number of Factory Operatives to join the company's Production team.

Production Manager
Role Purpose
The Factory Operative’s role involves working on a variety of production lines and producing quality output as required. This role also involves using appropriate machinery, equipment and ensuring that the highest standards are met across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- To work to the production plan provided for the duration of the shift and fulfil orders.
- To achieve yields in production with specific attention to waste/trim.
- To minimise any downtime on the shift (label /roll changes, product change over).
- To record all relevant information in relation to all paperwork in your area.
- Ensure that you work in a safe manner and adhere to all health and safety policies.
- To maintain the area in a clean and tidy fashion.
- To record correctly all relevant information required to production and quality.
- Ensure that all machine and processes are ran efficiently.
Essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across multiple functions and departments.
Desirable
- Experience within the meat or food manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems.
