Lyrath Estate Hotel a luxurious 5 star property nestled on the outskirts of Kilkenny City is looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes.

Duties include but are not limited to

Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to the highest standards.

Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency in everything you do.

Managing breakfast service efficiently during busy periods

Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times in the kitchen
Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to satisfy guest needs.

Requirements for this role
-
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar kitchen role
-
Ability to work early morning shifts with flexibility in mind.

Strong organisational and time-management skills
-
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
-
Ability to work well under pressure / Time - Frames

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
