Gourmet Food Parlour are looking for experienced and friendly part time Senior Waiting Staff for Front of House with mid week and weekend availability to join our team in Gourmet Food Parlour in our Malahide restaurant.
We're looking for people who are excited to come in to work every day and who are ready to develop the team, grow with the brand & tackle challenges.

Welcome customers and provide a warm, friendly dining experience.

Introduce menus, answer questions, and make food and drink recommendations.

Take customer orders accurately using the EPOS system.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and other hot beverages to company standards.

Deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently.

Manage your section of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service throughout each customer's visit.

Handle customer requests and resolve any issues professionally.

Process customer payments accurately.

Work closely with the wider Front of House and kitchen teams.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance.

Minimum 1 year's experience in a Front of House, waiter/waitress, senior waiter, or similar hospitality role.

Previous barista experience with confidence preparing a range of coffees is highly desirable.

A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Commitment to maintaining company standards, food safety, and HACCP procedures.
