Core Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle
Optimize and refine the current sales approach
Help define and sharpen our Ideal Customer Profile
Improve outbound prospecting efforts
Set a new benchmark for sales excellence
Required Experience & Skills
2-6 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding quota in unstructured environments
Strong hunter/prospecting mindset
Startup experience
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change
Nice to Have
Experience in eCommerce
