Core Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle
- Optimize and refine the current sales approach
- Help define and sharpen our Ideal Customer Profile
- Improve outbound prospecting efforts
- Set a new benchmark for sales excellence
Required Experience & Skills
- 2-6 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in unstructured environments
- Strong hunter/prospecting mindset
- Startup experience
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change
