Role: Customer Service Representative
Contract: Full time permanent
Hours: 09:00-18:00 Monday -Friday
Location: Little Island Cork

Purpose of role
To provide a first class quality service to our internal and external customers and build strong professional relationship with multiple stakeholders. The role is a unique link between our customers, sales and operations and is a part of a larger team to ensure we consistently achieve a quality service to our customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination with delivery / collection branches
- Proactive customer communication
- Achieve prompt and professional response times to customers queries via phone and email with a focus on first time resolution
- Processing of shipments and organization of special deliveries & requests
- Actively monitor domestic, import and export shipments with the help of Active Report, unloading reports and stock checks.
- Complaint processing and the issue of performance reports to customers when there is a service discrepancy
- Handling and management of customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maximise revenue by upselling and capturing value added service charges
- Maintain and develop a collaborative approach with work colleagues throughout the business
- Customs Document validation and liaison between customs team and customer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- English required – Excellent written and spoken english communication required
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- CS Background desirable
- Logistics / Transport Background desirable
- Organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships
