The Logic Group are expanding our accounts team and are looking to add a senior accounts manager to our team.
The Logic Group have been operating for over 10 years in the Electronic Security industry as Logic Fire & Security, recently also expanding into the electrical industry through Logic Electrical.
The role is a senior accounts manager within our accounts team, overseeing and assisting our accounts payable and accounts receivable team members.
This is not a remote working / hybrid role. Attendance at the office is required.
The main duties of the role are:
- Weekly Bank Reconciliations
- Review of Aged debtors monthly for any discrepancies and liaising with debt management team for recovery of same.
- Reviewing Aged creditors monthly for any discrepancies and liaising with aged payables team in compiling a statement file agreed back to same.
- Review of customer disputes weekly for any discrepancies and liaising with debt management team for resolution and recovery of same.
- Liaising monthly with Auditor for compiling of Management Accounts by way of preparation of the above tasks.
- Monthly systems review to ensure all CRM software is reporting correctly to Sage Line Accounts 50.
- Liaising with operational staff as required for orders or adhoc admin duties
- Assistance with yearly stock stake
- Fixed asset register to be maintained along with all regulatory requirements (tax/insurance/service requirements)
- Maintenance of leased and purchased vehicle documentation
- Monthly commission calculations
- Weekly / Monthly Director Reports
- Company Debit Card Management
- Staff Expense Management
- RCT postings
- Retention management
- Key Account Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team (2 direct reports)
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Account Technician (or similar)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven management skills and experience and must enjoy managing a wide range of multiple tasks/projects at any one time;
- Proven ability to manage time & workloads for maximum efficiency
- Maintain strong inter-departmental relationships to ensure the immediate resolution of problems as well as being responsive to future needs of the business
- Must be proficient in Sage and MS Office.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
Communication
- Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
