Civils Foreman | Cabra, Dublin
Are you an experienced Civils Foreman looking to join a contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil engineering projects?
We're seeking a hands-on leader who can oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil works on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour resources.
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme and specifications.
- Maintain health & safety compliance across all activities.
- Monitor quality and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Report progress to the site management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civils Foreman.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and groundworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts while maintaining safety and quality.
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets are advantageous.
