AI Enablement architect/ Agentic AI Coach

Hybrid: 2 days a week
We are seeking an AI Enablement architect / Agentic AI Coach to support the identification, design, development, testing, and deployment of AI agent use cases. This role combines hands-on agent development with business-user coaching, use-case facilitation, responsible AI guidance, and knowledge transfer. The consultant will work closely with business teams to transform operational challenges into controlled AI pilot initiatives while contributing reusable tools, standards, and recommendations to support broader AI adoption.

Expected deliverables : The consultant would be expected to contribute to the following:
- AI readiness and opportunity assessment.
- Prioritised AI-agent use-case backlog.
- use-case definitions and value hypotheses.
- agent concepts, workflows, and prototypes.
- prompt and agent-design documentation.
- test scenarios, evaluation criteria, and results.
- coaching sessions and learning materials.
- responsible AI guardrails.
- reusable templates and playbooks.
- lessons learnt from initial pilots; and
- recommendations for scaling AI enablement.
