We currently have the following opportunity for you to join our operations team-
Skip / Dispatch / Office Support
Overview; To work with the skip coordinator and weighbridge staff in our CA site in Tullamore. The position is a full time role working up to 40 hours a week.
Various functions and tasks will fall under this role include:
- Supporting site supervisor in allocation / dispatch of skip/hook work to drivers.
- Answering customer calls and skip bookings.
· Booking Jobs for Dispatch
· Coordinating Skip Dispatch in Midland Region
· Allocating Daily Schedules
· Supporting with office in CA site as required
· Job allocation reconciliation with payments sheet
· Good with customers, good telephone manner
· Excellent computer keyboard skills and excel knowledge
· Must have excellent local knowledge of area and townlands for dispatch of skips
