CFM Catering is looking for reliable Kitchen Assistants / Production Kitchen Operators to join our growing production team in Waterford.

About the role
You'll be part of our production team preparing and packing fresh meals supplied to schools and commercial customers across the South East.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and portioning meals
- Packing customer orders
- Labelling and organising orders for dispatch
- Following food safety and HACCP procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a busy production team
- Following company procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team players who are willing to learn
Previous experience in a kitchen, catering or food production environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person. HACCP certification is desirable but not essential.

This role follows the school calendar. Employment is permanent, with an annual summer lay-off during the school holidays when school meal production is not operating.
