WestLAN are now hiring for Trainee Data Cable installers for the Limerick area.
Training will include:
- Wiring of Data, Voice & Copper cable in large commercial projects
- Terminating of copper cable - Cat 6 & Cat 6A
- Splicing of Fibre cable using Fluke equipment
- Setting up and Testing of cables using Fluke Testers
- Reading & Marking up site drawings
- Redline Drawings
- Patching / Cabinet installation / Toning of cables
Requirements:
- Safe Pass / Manual Handling in Date
- Working at Heights desirable
- Previous construction industry experience desirable
- Own transport essential - You will not be considered without this
- Positive attitude & high energy levels are essential for this role
- Excellent time keeping and communications skills are a must
