Skills, Qualifications and Experience
The person must have the following:
- Great interpersonal and team player skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT experience to include EPOS and social media skills
- A professional attitude with the ability to serve the customer in a caring and confidential manner
- Fluent spoken and written English necessary
- Previous skincare and cosmetic experience would be advantageous.
- Previous pharmacy experience would be very desirable
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- To professionally serve OTC medicines and other pharmacy products to customers with the appropriate knowledge and care
- Maintain good stock levels, stock rotation and control
- To be responsible for the purchase and receipt and booking in of stock
- Till duties and cash handling
- Be prepared to undertake pharmacy household duties, to ensure the store is kept to a high standard
- Expected Hours 40 hours per week minimum
