Project Managers on a number of projects in Co. Mayo:
- Overall day-to-day management of Project and Site Team
- Representation at Client Progress Meetings
- Co-ordination of specialist sub-contractors and suppliers
- Co-ordination and management of information flow with Client and Design Team:
- RFIs
- Technical Submittals
- Programme management - Agreeing work sequencing with Client and reporting progress
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures
- Recording and reporting of commercial issues to Project QS
- Quality control and BCAR documentation
Requirements:
- Min 5-years experience in similar role
Pay: €55,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
