Lullabys Preschool & Afterschool is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Manager to lead our busy early-years and school-age childcare service.

About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of our preschool and afterschool service, supporting children, families and staff while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of early years and afterschool educators
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
- Overseeing the daily operation of the preschool and afterschool programmes
- Building positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations, policies and procedures
- Managing staff rosters, ratios and daily administration
- Supporting curriculum planning in line with Aistear and Síolta
- Maintaining high standards of practice and supporting continuous quality improvement
- Working collaboratively with management on service planning and development
The ideal candidate will have:
- A department recognised Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education
- Previous experience in a leadership/management role in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of Tusla regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting and leading a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A warm, positive and professional approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- Current Garda Vetting and references
