About the Opportunity
A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced
CSA Site Supervisor to join its Dublin-based project team, initially supporting the successful delivery of a major
Hyperscale Data Centre.
Working alongside the Site Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Team, you will oversee the daily coordination and supervision of
Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, to specification, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

The Role - CSA Site Supervisor
As
CSA Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the successful site delivery of CSA works, ensuring effective coordination between subcontractors, site teams, engineering disciplines, and client representatives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.
Key Responsibilities of the CSA Site Supervisor
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works, ensuring subcontractors operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, construction programmes, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Coordinate daily site activities across groundworks, concrete works, structural steel, cladding, roofing, internal finishes, architectural fit-out, and associated CSA packages, ensuring effective sequencing, resource allocation, and interface management with Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning teams.
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks, snagging, progress monitoring, and compliance audits while managing technical queries, reviewing drawings, supporting QA/QC documentation, and ensuring all works are completed in accordance with design specifications and client standards.
- Attend daily coordination meetings, maintain accurate site records and progress reports, identify risks and programme constraints, and work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial Teams, Consultants, and Client Representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote a proactive culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting the achievement of key project milestones and client handover objectives.
Necessary Requirements of the CSA Site Supervisor
- Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Architectural Technology, or strong trades background, with 5+ years' experience as a CSA Site Supervisor, Site Foreman, Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or General Foreman within Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial, Semiconductor, or Mission-Critical Construction environments.
- Proven experience supervising Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works, including groundworks, reinforced concrete, structural steel, cladding, roofing, architectural finishes, internal fit-out, and external works, while managing subcontractors and maintaining programme delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety legislation, QA/QC procedures, site inspections, snagging, subcontractor coordination, construction drawings, BIM coordination, and project reporting, with the ability to resolve technical and site coordination issues effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, BIM 360, Field View, or similar site management software.
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant site certifications are desirable.
- Applicants must have full eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
