An opportunity has arisen at our Ripening and Distribution Centre for an Operations Administrator.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- proactive
You’ll support the day-to-day admin and operational activities of the facility, helping to keep processes efficient, records accurate, and communication running smoothly across teams.

Main Responsibilities
- Set up daily customer orders in SAP
- Confirm orders by email and customer EDI
- Create orders on SAP for warehouse stock preparation
- Prepare delivery notes and related paperwork
- Complete daily filing and end-of-shift paperwork
- Support admin for CHEP pallets and Aldi crates
- Use Excel spreadsheets and stock control sheets
- Review stock and support product checks, audits, and traceability
- Work with Quality and Ripening teams
- Deal with drivers, suppliers, and customers arriving on site
- Manage order collections and paperwork
- Handle customer fruit cash sales paperwork
- Work with Finance to control monies
- Complete daily admin tasks assigned by supervisors and management
What You’ll Need
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience with SAP, Word, Excel, and mobile devices
- Flexibility to work when needed
- Warehouse or logistics office experience is an advantage
- Ability to use initiative
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Friendly and team-focused approach
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
