O'Learys Lissarda Volkswagen require Accounts Assistant to join or growing accounts dept on a Full or Part Time Basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The position offers a range of duties and related experience across different business areas including;
- Basic accounting tasks.
- Purchase ledger, dealing with suppliers, invoice processing & schedule payments.
- Debtor’s ledger, invoice processing, credit control.
- Lodgements, cashbook and a/c reconciliation.
Position may suit recent business/accounting graduate or candidate with accounts/admin experience looking for full or part time employment.
Skills & Requirements:
- A confident and warm manner with excellent communication skill.
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word are essential.
- Organised, and flexible with the ability to multi task and strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team.
