Client: Main Contractor - Tier 1
Essentials: 5+ years with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
Location: Dublin
Salary & Package: €65,000 - €80,000 DOE
Progression: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Partnering with a leading Tier 1 main contractor on a key commercial hire across Dublin-based projects.
This is a full-scope SQS role — subcontract procurement from enquiry to final account, monthly commercial reporting, cash flow forecasting and hands-on package management across live builds.
The role covers:
- Full subcontract lifecycle — tender packages, analysis, appointment & final account
- Cash flow preparation aligned to contract and target programme
- CVRs, cost/value forecasting and budgetary controls
- Remeasure, value engineering and change order management
- Subcontractor vetting — insurances, tax clearance, CWPS compliance
What they need:
- 5+ years with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
- 10m+ project experience
- Third level degree in QS or related discipline
- Strong procurement and commercial delivery track record
