Key Responsibilities
- Create and update customer records, job files, and project tracking systems.
- Prepare installation packs, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Track installation completion and ensure all paperwork is returned and properly filed.
- Prepare handover documentation upon project completion.
- Update CRM and project management systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Pay: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
