Job Overview
As a bartender at Suertudo, you will be the heartbeat of our bar, creating high-quality drinks, supporting bar prep, and ensuring that every beverage served meets our exacting standards. This role offers the opportunity to grow your craft in mixology while being part of a fun, dynamic, and well-respected hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers with precision and flair.
- Maintain the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
- Assist with bar prep, including garnishes, ice, and ingredient replenishment.
- Provide outstanding guest service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders when needed, and minimise waste.
- Contribute to the energetic and lively atmosphere that Suertudo is known for.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy events.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
