Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Fulfilment Operator to join our fast-growing ecommerce Shapewear brand VACIOUS. Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment
- Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and pick lists.
- Pack orders to company standards, ensuring products are presentedprofessionally and securely.
- Prepare orders for dispatch within agreed daily shipping deadlines.
- Verify product quantities, sizes, colours, and styles before packing.
- Report any stock shortages, damaged products, or order discrepancies to the Fulfilment Manager.
Customer Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and other customer service channels.
- Assist customers with order updates, shipping enquiries, returns, exchanges, sizing, and general product questions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure picking locations remain fully stocked.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Follow all warehouse procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Inventory Control
- Participate in regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged stock promptly.
- Handle products carefully to minimise stock damage.
Returns Processing
- Inspect returned products for quality and condition.
- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare suitable products for restocking.
- Identify damaged or unsellable stock and report findings.
Health & Safety
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Keep workstations clean and free from hazards.Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a fulfilment, retail, or distribution environment is preferred but not essential.
- Fluent in English language
- Basic computer skills and confidence using handheld scanners or warehouse systems. Good competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Training will be provided for the in-house software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting boxes within safe manual handling guidelines.
Additional Information:
● Approx. 12 flexible hours per week
● 6 month contract
● Mon/Wed/Fri 9-1pm - Office Based in Limerick (Ballysimon Road).
● The successful candidate must be available to work longer hours during new product launch, restock and sale periods.
● This is a part time role initially, with the opportunity to grow with the brand.
