About the Opportunity

As AI Transformation Lead, you will drive the integration of practical, business-focused AI solutions across critical areas such as Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial functions. This is not about abstract experimentation — it’s about implementing real-world AI solutions that deliver measurable value in efficiency, forecasting, customer engagement, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a roadmap for AI adoption across the organisation.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to drive operational and commercial efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Sales teams to implement AI-driven forecasting, pricing, and demand planning solutions.
- Lead projects end-to-end, from design through deployment, ensuring ethical AI practices and strong data governance.
- Build awareness and capability within the business by training and supporting stakeholders on AI adoption.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience applying AI/ML in real-world business contexts (FMCG, retail, or similar industries).
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience integrating AI into ERP/enterprise platforms.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
