While some sales experience in any role is desirable, alcohol sales ideally, we offer on the job training to the right people!
We are looking for both a North Dublin City & County and a South Dublin City & County Business Development Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 120 accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering commercial growth across your accounts.
Working to a structured journey plan, you will collaborate with the wider sales organisation to support customer success and identify opportunities to grow distribution, visibility, and sales performance.
Requirements
- To increase distribution and sales within your area
- Adhere to a defined call file and plan your journey accordingly
- Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager
- To understand and identify the needs of the customer
- Communicate effectively with store management and line managers
- Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronic and phone apps.
- Maintain Slattery Group and Client standards at all times
- Conference calls on regular basis to submit feedback/insights
- To generate new ideas and ways of working
- To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers & Slattery Group
- To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager

Pay: €32,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
