The person should have at least 5 years’ experience of a similar position and be fully familiar with QuickBooks accounts or similar .
The Candidate must have at minimum 3 years Irish experience in the field
The position is for 3 days per week (days to be agreed) 20 - 24hours a week.
Key responsibilities of the role :
- General bookkeeping duties
- Preparation and reconciling of Creditors Control Accounts,
- Debtors Control Accounts Preparation of payments to suppliers.
- Record all bank transaction in QuickBooks and prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Preparation & timely submission of required statutory returns, i.e.
- VAT, PAYE, VIES Payroll preparation.
- Monthly cash flow management.
- Weekly Reporting
- Monthly P&L expense reviews and analysis.
- Preparation of accounts to trial balance
- Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts and for the annual audit.
- Minimum requirements Minimum requirements: 3-5 years' experience in an
- Accountancy practice is required
- Strong IT skills are essential
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks and CollSoft.
