Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Ireland, Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose:
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing ProOrganica’s commercial strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives, while overseeing existing client accounts. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying market opportunities within the food and feed ingredients sector (both organic and conventional) across Ireland.
Key Activities:
- Achieve revenue growth and meet P&L targets.
- Offer products to both new and existing clients.
- Manage existing client relationships and maintain effective communication, including organizing meetings and conducting follow-ups.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
- Develop new clients and explore business opportunities.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, including preparation, showcasing, and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Organic standards and BRCGS (food safety) within commercial activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and commercial processes, ideally within the food and feed ingredients or agricultural sector.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience in ingredients or agro-commodity supply is highly desirable.
- Languages: English (required).
Rewards:

- £40,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
