The Health Clerical Worker will provide administrative and clerical support within a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the health team.
- Maintain accurate databases and records in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring courteous and professional interactions with all stakeholders.
- Schedule appointments, clinics, and meetings as required.
- Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Undertake other administrative duties as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervision.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Desirable:
