The Production Operator will be responsible for the safe operation, cleaning and handover of Carbons processes and process equipment / areas, to produce Carbons product range within the correct quality specifications, in accordance with GMP, HSEQ and operational standards and procedures.
The Production Operator will be responsible for all stock, stock activities in his / her area.
- Organisation and execution of the Production activities.
- Fulfil GMP and HSEQ best practices.
- To execute all Production activities following the applicable procedures.
- Propose changes to improve/optimize the area performance
- To be responsible for the equipment operation, cleaning and organization that are under their responsibility.
- Identify and report problems, and when possible create notifications to Maintenance.
- To suggest improvements in the area.
- Ensure the equipment is verified/calibrated before use.
- To sample intermediates and final products and in-process checks.
- To carry-out simple maintenance operations.
- To guarantee the correct fill in of the documentation (e.g.: batch records and production log records).
- To collaborate in the revision of the documentation (process sheets, procedures, others).
- To participate in the continuous training of the new Operators (Production, GMP, HSEQ).
- To collaborate in the integration of the members transferred from other areas;
- To complete self-evaluations and the evaluation of team members under their responsibility.
- Adhere to all HACCP & ISO 9001:2015 Food Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Safety, Sanitation, Security: Observe site health and safety regulations including the maintenance and proper use of PPE. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Adhere to the housekeeping 5S board and maintain dedicated areas. Ensure the security of the warehouse / production areas. Carry out health and safety duties as required
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
