Full Time | 6:00am to 3:00pm
Twist Bakery is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in the heart of Temple Bar.
We are passionate about serving exceptional coffee alongside our artisan pastries and freshly baked goods. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and genuinely loves providing outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing consistently high quality espresso based coffees and speciality drinks
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service
- Maintaining excellent coffee quality and presentation standards
- Opening the café and ensuring everything is ready for service
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked
- Assisting with serving pastries, cakes and bakery products
- Working closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional barista experience is essential
- Confident dialling in espresso and producing consistently excellent coffee
- A passion for speciality coffee and hospitality
- Friendly, reliable and hardworking
- Able to work efficiently during busy morning services
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Punctual and dependable, with the ability to start work at 6:00am
