Love a busy, friendly atmosphere and helping people have a great time? Bishopstown Bar & Restaurant is looking for a cheerful, helpful Daytime Bar & Coffee Assistant to work alongside our Daytime Bar & Coffee Host.
About Us
We're a proper local — the kind of place where regulars are treated like family and new faces quickly feel like they belong. Through the day, our bar comes alive with a lovely mix of locals, students, and the working crowd popping in for lunch, coffee, or a catch-up. We're proud of the warm, welcoming atmosphere we've built, and we're looking for someone who'll help keep that spirit going strong.
The Role
- Monday to Friday – no weekends!
- 9.30am – 3pm – great working hours that fit around your life
- Working alongside our Daytime Bar & Coffee Host to look after lunches, coffees, and drinks for our fabulous daytime customers
- Helping keep the bar running smoothly, from serving customers to keeping things tidy and ready to go
- Being part of a supportive team
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, helpful personality with a genuine interest in people
- Someone happy to learn the ropes of bar service and coffee-making
- A team player who's reliable and works well alongside others
- Hospitality experience is a bonus — the right attitude is what matters most
