Qualification in a food/quality discipline
Previous experience within the food manufacturing environment at quality assurance level desirable
Be a team player with ability to work on own initiative
Flexibility in handling multiple tasks in a fast moving environment
Strong organisational skills
Checking traceability
Completing Quality checks and relevant paperwork as trained
Following procedures and processess
Conducting metal detection checks
Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety rules
Helping in prep area if required
Checking raw material intake
Must be able to speak English
