Treaty City Brewery is one of Ireland’s most exciting independent craft breweries — and we’re proud of it. Based on Nicholas St, we brew great beer, run a thriving bar and events space, and serve a busy daytime trade that keeps the doors buzzing from 8am. That means great coffee, freshly baked scones, hearty toasties — and plenty of our own beer poured to guests who appreciate the setting as much as the pint.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Hospitality Manager to take ownership of that daytime offering — leading the team, maintaining quality, managing our Childers Road Prep Kitchen, and delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to shape our daytime offering, mentor a talented team, and grow with us as we build the Treaty City brand. You’ll bring the standards and energy of a great hospitality manager — and you’ll thrive in an environment where craft beer is at the heart of everything we do.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need a brewery background — but you do need to know how to run a tight, high-quality daytime hospitality operation. The ideal candidate will be:
- Currently managing or leading a daytime hospitality operation — whether that’s a coffee shop, restaurant, hotel, or similar venue
- An appreciation for what a great independent brewery stands for — and a desire to be part of that, not just working alongside it
- An experienced team leader who brings the best out of people
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing stock, schedules, and suppliers
- Creative — someone who enjoys building a specials board and keeping the menu interesting
- A confident communicator who works well across departments
- Flexible for weekend shifts and the occasional late evening when needed
WHAT WE OFFER
- €34,000 – €40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
- Daytime hours — 8:00am to 4:30pm, no regular late nights
- A genuinely unique setting — running a daytime hospitality operation inside one of Ireland’s best independent craft breweries, surrounded by people who care deeply about what they make
- A collaborative team that values your input
- Staff benefits and a great working environment in a thriving venue
- Genuine interest in retaining the right person beyond the contract period
