About Red Power Motorsport
Established in 2006, Red Power Motorsport is a well-known and long-established automotive business based on the Long Mile Road in Dublin 12.
We specialise in alloy wheels, tyres, body styling products and automotive accessories, supplying both retail customers and an established network of Trade customers, including garages, dealerships and other automotive businesses.
As we continue to develop our Trade division, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Automotive Trade Sales & Operations Manager to play a key role in its continued growth.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on position combining Trade sales, account management and operational coordination.
The successful candidate will manage key Trade customer relationships, develop new business and coordinate the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion.
You will not be working alone. You will be supported by our experienced warehouse, fitting, accounts and management teams, who work together to ensure orders are completed accurately and customers receive a reliable, professional service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the automotive aftermarket and would like the freedom, support and opportunity to grow an established Trade division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing Trade customers.
- Build new relationships with garages, dealerships and other automotive businesses.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by telephone, email and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate orders with the warehouse, fitting and accounts teams, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders, customer queries and payments.
- Monitor pricing, sales performance and profit margins, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding stock availability and special orders.
- Coordinate installations, vehicle collections and deliveries when required.
- Ensure completed sales and work are supported by the correct invoice, sales documentation or Job Card.
- Handle customer queries, returns, credits and warranty matters professionally, with support from the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate customer, order and sales records.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activity, opportunities and outstanding matters.
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, organised and genuinely takes ownership of their work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket, motor factors, tyres, alloy wheels, automotive parts or a closely related industry.
- Proven experience in Trade sales, account management or business development.
- Strong automotive product knowledge, including an understanding of vehicle fitment, alloy wheels,tyres or automotive accessories.
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, sales margins and stock control.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to develop new business and build long-term relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment.
- Experience using computerised sales, invoicing or stock management systems.
- A proactive, responsible and solution-focused attitude.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business.
- Previous supervisory or operational coordination experience would be an advantage.
- A full clean driving licence.

- Competitive salary of €45,000–€55,000, depending on experience.

Working Hours
