Kombu Ramen & Bao Bar are recruiting for a full-time F&B Supervisor to join our award winning team, supporting the Restaurant Manager to deliver great service to our guests.
The role will include but not limited to:
· Supervision of front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service resulting in excellent guest experiences, and ensuring that food & beverages are served to the businesses’ standards of quality and presentation.
· Address customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
· Supervise, coordinate, and support front-of-house staff, allocating tasks to staff to ensure smooth operation and service delivery.
· Ensure opening, closing, and shift handover procedures are completed.
· Assist the Restaurant Manager with operational reporting and shift handovers, inventory management, stock rotation, and minimisation of wastage.
· Lead by example through professionalism, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
Previous supervisory experience in a food service or hospitality environment is desirable.
