A busy and well-established pub in Dublin 2 is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and run your designated section efficiently during service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
Work collaboratively within a professional and energetic kitchen team.
Assist with stock control, food preparation, and kitchen organization.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis/Senior Commis Chef ready for progression.
Good knowledge of Irish cuisine and international dishes.
HACCP Certification (required).
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
English language skills are an advantage.
