We are hiring for a Stock Controller to join the United Drug Distributors team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Participate in all stock take requirements
-
Cycle counts and spot checks - daily / weekly / monthly
-
Stock investigations - including contacting customers via phone / email
-
Stock related reporting for example, date check report, batch stock report, blocked stock report, authorised destruction report
- Quarantine processing - systematically & physically
-
Destruction processing - including the assembling and preparation of stock for destruction purposes

The assembling of special order picks for national & international shipping

Managing & actioning multiple mailboxes on a daily basis

Investigate the system mis-match report on a daily basis (EWM v ECC)

Investigate and amend all EWM location issues that arise from day to day activities

Maintain and distribute monthly reports on queries & stock adjustments

Assist in the count after pick and stock adjustment processes
- React and investigate all stock problems that arise in the warehouse on a daily basis.

Participate in virtual stock counts when required (this involves the use of recording equipment, i.e. phone / camera
What You'll Need to Succeed:
-
At least 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment
-
Flexible to work across weekends as required by stock taking demands from internal and external customers.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy is essential
-
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
-
Good level of computer ability including excel, outlook and word

Good working knowledge of warehouse sales and stock systems preferably EWM and ECC

Excellent written and verbal English
