Niall Keely & Associates are looking to hire an experienced office administrator.
The primary role will require the successful candidate to arrange appointments for our existing team of Engineers & Building Surveyors. There is currently a requirement for the administration team to arrange in the order of approximately 700 appointments per week. The successful candidate will work as part of a large administration team to arrange the required number of appointments.
In addition, to arranging the appointments by phone, e-mail and post, the candidate will be required to answer incoming calls from members of the public and our clients and attend to incoming and outgoing e-mails & documents.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Experience in a similar role will be a distinct advantage, as will experience work as part of a team, but full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
