Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitresses. As a vital part of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests promptly
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Anticipating guests' needs and attending to them promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handling payments and operating the POS system accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
