Customer Sales Representative – Onsite in Dublin

Logic Promotions in Dublin is currently expanding their team and are on the lookout for a new Customer Sales Representative. The new CSR will help to drive sales and engage directly with customers. In this role, you will promote products and services, execute targeted sales campaigns in high-traffic locations, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll track performance, provide insights to improve results, and ensure every customer interaction is positive. This is a fast-paced, results-driven position with competitive pay opportunities and room for growth. What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service and Sales: Engage directly with customers, promote products/services, and complete sales in line with company targets.
- Brand and Product Awareness: Explain product features, benefits, and promotions professionally and clearly to customers.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust and maintain long-term customer connections from the very first interaction.
- Execute Sales Campaigns: Work closely with the team to implement effective strategies across retail events, pop-ups, stores, malls, and other high-traffic locations.
- Track Performance: Monitor sales metrics, analyse customer interactions, and provide insights to improve results.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
- Team Work and Compliance: Follow company policies, security, and confidentiality standards.
