Reporting to: Engineering Site Lead
Primarily onsite, with flexibility for 4 days onsite / 1 day remote, Initial 12-month contract (supporting resources transitioning to project activities)
Total Hours: 39 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- EMS Monthly Reporting
- Compile and issue monthly Environmental Monitoring System reports (Pressure, Temperature, Humidity) across Manufacturing, Packaging, QC Labs, and Warehouse
- Engineering Documentation
- Update and maintain engineering documents ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate contractor activities on site
- Manage site inductions and documentation requirements
- Preventative Maintenance
- Support coordination and tracking of preventative maintenance schedules
- PO & Vendor Coordination
- Raise and track purchase orders
- Manage vendor documentation and ensure compliance with site standards
- General Engineering Admin Support
- Track actions, support reporting, and follow up on key tasks within the engineering team
Qualification Required
Primarily looking for a strong administrator; engineering experience but not essential
Key traits:
- Team player
- Approachable and easy to work with
- Task-driven and highly organised
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment
- Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, manufacturing, etc.) would be a significant advantage. We can support the successful candidate in building their technical understanding over time.
- Engineering experience would be beneficial but not essential
