We're looking for a TikTok Manager who genuinely lives on the platform not just as a viewer, but as an operator. You'll run our TikTok Lives, build out our affiliate and creator programme, manage the back end of our TikTok Shop, and edit creator content into compilations that drive sales.
This isn't a general content role. We have a Content Creator handling our wider Instagram and TikTok content. Your lane is specifically lives, shop, affiliates, and TikTok-native edits — owned end to end.
What You'll Do
- Host or co-host 3 TikTok Lives per month, scheduled on consecutive days at month-end (2 hours per live, plus prep)
- Design and upload live headers/banners, pin products, prep talking points, and run live operations
- Create 6 pre-heat videos per month in the lead-up to each live block (announcements, teasers, countdowns)
- Edit 2 TikTok pieces per week — compilations and re-cuts of content from creators who have already posted about our products
- Manage and optimise our TikTok Shop — product listings, images, descriptions, pricing
- Send samples to creators and affiliates (logistics, tracking, follow-ups)
- Run creator and affiliate outreach — identifying, contacting, and onboarding new creators
- Manage ongoing affiliate relationships — keeping engaged creators active and sample-fed
- Monitor TikTok comments, DMs, and shop enquiries
- Report monthly on what's working — live results, top creators, sales drivers
About You
- Fluent English speaker (non-negotiable — hosting lives is core to the role)
- Based in Oranmore or within commutable distance, with your own transport
- Genuinely comfortable on camera and engaging with a live audience
- Experienced on the back end of TikTok — TikTok Shop, Seller Centre, product uploads, analytics
- Strong TikTok editing skills — CapCut or equivalent, compilations, react edits, trend-led formats
- Plugged into TikTok trends, sounds, and shop mechanics in real time
- Organised and reliable — lives have to start on time, samples have to go out on time
- Confident with creator/affiliate outreach (DMs, follow-ups, relationship management)
- Familiar with The Wine Opener as a brand before applying — please spend time on our site and socials
