Position Overview:
EWL Greentech, a leading solar materials wholesaler supplying across the island of Ireland, is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Representative. This role is critical to driving sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with solar installers, contractors, and distributors.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide expert guidance on solar products, including panels, inverters, and mounting systems.
- Collaborate closely with external sales teams and supply chain teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports using CRM and Excel.
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple accounts and sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record in B2B sales, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sector.
- In-depth understanding of solar materials and the solar market.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in upselling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- High self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
