Must be able to support the senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard. Able to cook and serve a menu once trained. Responsibilities include basic food prep and service, maintaining clenliness and hygiege standards and ensuring food is stored correctly. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure & efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment.
