At Mocha Beans, we believe in creating a welcoming and positive environment for our customers and our team. As a Manager or Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, leading your team, drving in stores sales and growth, and helping us grow the Mocha Beans experience.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve personal, team and company goals.
- Manage and optimise workflows, including customer service, team rostering order processing, food and beverage preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and work with management to implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with your team and senior management to break down business goals into actionable deliverables achieved daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Foster a positive team culture built on respect, teamwork, and accountability.
- Enhance the customer experience by building genuine relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or food service with supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, organise, and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable experiences for customers.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to help grow in-store performance.
