We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant and accommodation business in Limerick. This is a full-time, 39 hours per week, permanent, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and accommodation
- Lead, train, and schedule staff across all departments
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience
- Monitor sales, control costs, and manage stock and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Handle customer queries and prepare basic operational reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience with stock control and food safety standards
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience in restaurant operations and/or accommodation management
- EPOS and basic reporting experience
