Due to continued growth, we're looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Warehouse & Packing Assistant to join our team at our Dublin 12 facility.
About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on accurately preparing customer orders and supporting the day-to-day running of our packing operations. You'll help ensure orders leave on time, products meet our quality standards, and the warehouse remains organised and efficient.
Main Duties
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Check products for quality before dispatch.
- Label finished orders correctly for shipping.
- Help maintain stock levels and assist with stock organisation and rotation.
- Work alongside the production team to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
- Package products carefully to prevent damage during transport.
- Helping with drying of dehydrated fruit.
- Keep the packing and warehouse areas clean, tidy, and well organised.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Contribute positively as part of a collaborative team.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous warehouse, packing, production, or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Works well in a busy environment.
- Is reliable, punctual, and well organised.
- Communicates effectively and follows instructions.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is physically capable of lifting and moving boxes safely.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
